Carolina Trace NC Community Information

Carolina Trace is a community that was master-planned in the 1970's for 2,000 single family, detached homes. Carolina Trace property does periodically come on the market for resale. When that happens, my real estate agency is usually the first to know. Carolina Trace's has lake frontage, golf course frontage, pond frontage and interior lots. The opportunity to select a very desirable piece of property on which to build your special home is, indeed, a reality at Carolina Trace.

Carolina Trace is a gated community with over 1,000 home sites and 19 separate neighborhoods. The community was built around a 275 acre lake (Lake Trace) and two Robert Trent Jones Sr. golf courses. One course follows the main lake and several smaller ponds and lakes and is called the Lake Course. The other course, named the Creek Course, follows Carr Creek and several other small creeks through a lovely setting in Carolina Sandhills. The 19 separate neighborhoods are each governed by a separate property owners' association. Amenities vary by neighborhood but some include: neighborhood pool, tennis courts, pond, or play field.
